Pottery parties are great for ages 4-adults. Wheel throwing and handbuilding projects (we have a TON of options for all ages) are a great way to make something and create a forever memory. Holidays and celebrations are the best when celebrated with friends; think ornament making, wreaths, coffee mugs, or pots for plants. Parties are designed to celebrate birthdays, family events, corporate events, and team building. Please fill out the form below and we will get back to you on availability. The Who: anyone + everyone. We have worked with children and adults for over 20 years. You and friends, co-workers, school celebration, or family

The What: The entire studio is yours with 1.5 hours of instruction, tools, clay, glaze, and kiln firing. Available to bring food and beverage of choice.

The When: let us know some dates of interest and Marin Pottery will coordinate your schedule with one or more of our instructors depending on the size of your gathering

The Cost: $450 for up to 10 people. Each additional potter is $45 with a maximum of 16 for wheel throwing with handbuilding project, and 20 for hand building step-by-step teacher led project.

Our staff will work with you to plan the perfect creative time to gather, learn new skills, and have a fun art piece to use after firing.

Each pottery party is 1.5 hours in length
We have instructors who can work with all skill levels from beginner to expert for all ages including mixed age groups
Great for friends, couples, kids, co-workers, teams, scouts, and homeschool groups
Cost includes 3 lbs of clay and tool usage for each participant, glazes, and kiln firing
We glaze all items so there is no need to have to schedule for glazing. Handbuilding parties will use glaze during their session.
Pick up is 2 weeks after your pottery party
With wheel throwing lessons you may or may not end up making a piece you want to keep on your first try. But would love to have you join us in one of our classes to learn and practice more!
