In this astrology inspired workshop, we will explore the sign of Pisces by co-creating ceramic wall hangings.

Astrologer Anders Renee will lead a discussion about the mutable water sign, Pisces, with the intention of dispelling stereotypes to understand the gifts this sign has to offer. After exploring and expanding our intellectual understanding of pisces, we’ll flow into an embodied practice to co-create.

Everyone will step into the feeling realm (a favorite of pisces) to create their own texture in clay. We’ll use tools, stamps, hands, and found objects to see what we are drawn to. Once our pieces are complete, we’ll pool them into the middle - allowing each participant to receive a piece from every other artist. We’ll arrange our items into a beautiful wall hanging, celebrating the individual and highlighting the beauty of community.

This workshop is suitable for all skill levels.
